When women gather with women, something magic begins to happen. We tell our stories and quickly discover that we are not alone but share common struggles and joys with our sisters. This helps us to feel part of the circle of women as we share, laugh, sing, cry and support each other through our life journey.
This body of work has grown out of my 25 years of healing practice, working with women in psychotherapy, spiritual direction, group work, dream work, communal rituals, personal rites of passage and international travel to sacred sites.
Workshops
My workshops center on classic myths and important initiation stories for women with relevant themes of motherhood, daughterhood, separation, loss, grief and celebration of women’s rites of passage.

The Feminine Path of Power is a path of initiation to help women awaken their natural powers of body, heart, mind and spirit. It is a 2 year training program, focusing around a series of initiation stories I have written exclusively for women about the 4 empowered feminine archetypes of Warrioress, Queen, Visionary, and Manifestor.

The Circle of Empowerment:
The Circle of Empowerment is a highly effective tool we can use in our daily life. Often we find ourselves in situations where we wish we had a magic wand or magic toolbox, ready with the perfect response, decision, action or creative solution. Our kids, our boss, our partner present us with new dilemmas every day and we wonder – how can I respond from my place of truth? What’s the best choice here? How can I be most effective? The Circle of Empowerment is a tool that offers 4 choices in how to respond to daily situations – do I need strength, compassion, change or action in this situation? When we learn the principles of each Path of Power, we will know immediately that one situation calls for strength and healthy boundaries, another calls for deep compassion and love, another for change and creative transformation and another calls for action.
Multi-dimensional healing:
I believe in healing the body, soul and spirit through a variety of sacred healing arts; including storytelling, drumming, chanting, dancing, art and communal rituals in nature. In my experience, many talented, intuitive women need support to find their own center of emotional power and spiritual authority so they can bring forth their gifts into the world. The Feminine Path of Power retreats help women shift into their radiant Self and embody their feminine power with grace and compassion.
What is the structure of the training?
The full training consists of 6 intensive weekends over a two-year period - 2 intensives (in Summer) on the overview of the Feminine Path of Power to learn how to use the Circle of Empowerment and 4 intensives (in Spring and Autumn) on each of the Sacred Paths:

- The Path of Compassion - The Sacred Way of the Queen
- The Path of Change - The Sacred Way of the Visionary
- The Path of Action - The Sacred Way of the Manifestor
Some women choose to come to only a few of the retreats and that is perfectly OK too. But for those who choose to do the entire training, they set major life goals for what they wish to manifest by the end of the training. Miracles happen as women commit deeply to themselves and receive abundant support to reach their goals and dreams!
What happens on the retreats?
These weekend retreats are fun, experiential, challenging and full of laughter and sometimes tears. They call on our creativity, our ability to work together in teams to create ritual, learn African dance and multicultural chants. We drum together in circle, speak our truth and encourage each other to embody our unique feminine power and true self. There is deep communal support and listening. There is deep validation. And most importantly, the retreats provide an opportunity to create a powerful council of women, the way it used to be, the way it always was, the way it still is when women gather in circle to speak truth and live life fully empowered.
My vision:
My vision is to help women break through blocks keeping them from embodying their full power, help women realize their highest vision for themselves and support women to live their dreams both personally and globally.
