The Aim of the Training

According to the Tree of Life Model, we have seven centers of consciousness (seven chakras) through which we run various currents of physical, psychological and spiritual energy. When these energies are balanced and flowing, our Tree of Life is healthy and we feel physically vital, emotionally stable and spiritually open. Our roots are grounded, our trunk is strong and our branches bring forth abundant fruit. For most of us, these seven centers are not in perfect harmony. Our energy centers become blocked and our Tree of Life gets out of alignment.
